Oil Service

Think of this as a regular check-up for your engine. We drain the old, dirty engine oil and replace it with fresh, clean oil to keep the engine parts moving smoothly. We also install a new oil filter to catch dirt. We go a step further by checking and topping your windshield washer fluid, checking your tire pressure, and doing a quick visual inspection of the belts and hoses to make sure everything looks healthy. 

All Nose-To-Tail oil changes come with up to 5 quarts of synthetic motor oil and a premium oil filter.

    Diagnostic Service Cancellation Policy

    At Nose-To-Tail Automotive, the diagnostic fee covers the expertise, specialized equipment, and dedicated time required to accurately assess your vehicle. Once a diagnostic appointment is booked, this fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice; in such cases, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-call/no-shows" will result in the forfeiture of the diagnostic fee to compensate for the lost service time and travel scheduling.

  • This is all about replacing the wearable parts that safely stop your car. When you press the brake pedal, "brake pads" squeeze against a spinning metal disc (called a rotor) behind your wheel. Over time, the pads wear down and the metal discs get scratched or warped. We replace the old pads with new ones and replace the rotors so your car stops quietly and smoothly without shaking. 

    Brake Service: $120.00 per Axle

    Caliper Replacement: The caliper is the mechanical "hand" that physically pushes the brake pads against the rotor. Sometimes these calipers get stuck or leak, which means they need to be replaced. A "brake bleed" involves flushing the old, dirty brake fluid out of the brake lines and removing any trapped air bubbles, replacing it with fresh fluid. Air in the lines makes your brake pedal feel dangerously spongy; bleeding them ensures your brake pedal feels firm and responsive. 

    Caliper Change and Brake Bleed: $40.00 per Axle

During this essential maintenance service, we carefully remove, inspect, and reposition your wheels according to your vehicle's specific drivetrain and tire requirements to ensure the tread wears evenly across all four corners. By proactively managing this wear, we help improve your traction, preserve your manufacturer treadwear warranty, and provide a smoother ride, delivering professional-grade automotive care right to your driveway.

    • For any repair not listed above I will charge the standard warranty labor time for your vehicle at a rate of $40.00 per hour, plus the cost of parts.
